At Northland Cottage Homes, our mission is to deliver well designed, high-quality homes that meet the pressing need for affordability. We achieve this through an integrated approach combining design/build development and strategic real estate investing. Our work is guided by the belief that affordability and quality are not mutually exclusive. By combining purposeful design, efficient building, and strategic investment, we create homes that serve people and strengthen communities.
LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF
My name is Jeffery Sugden and I have over 35 years experience in the residential and commercial building industry. My desire now is to offer people well designed small cottage homes, developments, and real estate investing. I plan on working with existing boroughs and cities to help facilitate the development of infill and vacant land to offer affordable housing in the area.
